Cheyenne grew up locally here in San Diego where playing sports sparked her passion for fitness. While pursuing her Associate’s degree in Kinesiology she realized a career in the field of Physical Therapy coupled that passion with the ability to help people. She graduated from PIMA Medical Institute in 2021 with an Associates of Science degree in Physical Therapy Assisting, leading her to start her career at SpineZone. 

When Cheyenne isn’t working she is spending time exploring outdoors with her husband and their 2 kids, snowboarding, camping, or finding new fun ways to stay active.
