Jennifer began her journey in healthcare at a small internal medicine and family practice in Vista. She has a customer service background of over 3 years. She is looking to expand her knowledge, particularly in insurances and billing, over time and she is excited to do so at SpineZone. Jennifer’s background as a disabled individual makes her a strongly empathetic and passionate about patient relations. Ensuring that patients are well cared for and have the highest quality experience is her top priority. She is a San Diego native and grew up around computers and video games as her primary hobby. In her free time, she practices yoga daily and plays PC games with a large community of online friends from around the world. You can also catch her at the occasional michelin star restaurant with her boyfriend as they are both huge foodies!
