Kaitlin Scott is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Public Health at San Diego
State University, with an anticipated graduation in May 2025. With a strong foundation
in healthcare, customer service, and medical terminology, Kaitlin is passionate about
patient care and committed to applying her skills as a Patient Service Representative and
PT Aide. Through her roles as a Junior Counselor and Lead Junior Counselor at SDSU,
Kaitlin developed excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
while assisting students and parents with financial aid inquiries. She further expanded
her healthcare knowledge by attending the SDSU Global Seminar in Ireland, where she
gained insights into international healthcare systems and patient care techniques. With
nearly four years of customer service experience and a solid understanding of healthcare
regulations, Kaitlin is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a
fast-paced environment.
