Noe is originally from South Los Angeles with 5+ years of relevant Human Resources experience. He has his PHR & SHRM-CP certification as well as a Human Resources Management certificate through the UCSD Extension, & a Bachelor’s of Psychology from UCSD. He is most passionate about employee engagement, health-wellness, and corporate culture.

In his free time, Noe enjoys non-competitve boxing, paddle boarding, & traveling. He’s also obsessed with bow ties and will get competitive in the kitchen.
