Tiffany graduated from the University of California San Diego with a B.S in General Biology and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree with high honors at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, CA. She has taken numerous continuing education courses within the Institute of Physical Art® (IPA), such as Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), CoreFirst Strategies® (CFS), and Functional Mobilization (FM I). She continues to supplement her education through professional conferences, webinars and Con Ed courses.
Tiffany is passionate about assisting patients to restore their function and mobility to get them back to their fullest potential. She has a passion for treating orthopedic and chronic pain populations and is excited to continue her career with SpineZone. Tiffany hopes to pursue future career options by becoming an APTA Board Certified Specialist in orthopedics and by completing her Manual Therapy Certification (MTC). She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), the Orthopedic Section of the APTA, and its California Chapter. She is also a certified NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with friends, biking, and visiting National Parks. She is a self-proclaimed foodie and loves cooking, as well as trying new restaurants.
