Tilda graduated from CSUSM with a degree in Human Development. While a student, Tilda got her career in Human Resources started through internships, which ultimately led to her working as a recruiter. She has continued on this path ever since.

A San Diego native, she enjoys spending time outdoors and being active, whether it’s camping, hiking, or surfing in the summer, and snowboarding in the winter. Tilda is a proud aunt to her many nieces and nephews and loves spending as much time with family as possible!
