We regret to inform you that the SpineZone locations in Santa Ana and Lake Forest will be closing. The last day that we will see patients is Friday, May 15, 2026. We will continue to see patients through that date, however, we will be unable to see new evaluations after April 1, 2026. This is to help ensure as smooth a transition of care as possible.

Our San Diego clinic locations will remain open.

If you are actively receiving care at our Santa Ana or Lake Forest clinics please speak with your SpineZone provider if you have any questions regarding options for care after May 15, 2026. If you are anticipated to need care beyond May 15, 2026 please contact your referring provider or insurance plan to identify a new physical therapy provider who is in-network. Once you have a new referral to that provider, please fill out a medical record release form so that we can send a copy of your notes to the new provider.

If you are in the Maintenance program at either the Santa Ana or Lake Forest clinic locations, the last day to purchase new Maintenance packages will be March 18, 2026 and all visits must be used on or before May 15, 2026.
